Very much. The Restaurant at the End of the Universe in particular is near to my heart, and The Hitchhiker’s Guide was the gateway to a lot of lesser stuff —like Alan Dean Foster’s Spellsinger, Esther Friesner’s Here Be Demons and Craig Shaw Gardner’s A Malady of Magicks— and eventually, Pratchett.
