Again, the standard disclaimer applies: how random women in the world choose to present themselves is no business of mine; do whatever the hell you like with your head.
But if my opinion happens to matter to you, and if capturing my attention is a goal, then, well… get to growing. At least get it an inch or two from your shoulders. I don’t want ass-tickling Pentecostal hair, but I need there to be enough to be an occasional pain in the ass for you to manage. If your femininity doesn’t come at a cost, is it really femininity?
With that said, someone I know chopped off a ton of hair earlier this year and actually pulled off the resulting look… so this isn’t set in stone. As in all things, it helps to have a face I like.
