In a world of hostile AIs sifting biometric data from the social slurry, I don’t look askance at anyone who avoids posting their face publicly.
But I’m assuming you mean privately, in which case… it depends.
- Is this a strictly online dom who is an entirely textual presence in your life? Maintaining the mystery might just be a part of his thing, and while I understand how it might be frustrating, it doesn’t sound too unusual.
- Is this a dom who has a significant presence in your life and extensive control over your day-to-day existence, who’s staked a claim to you? Then yeah, it’s odd.
