I’m not intimidating… you’re just stupid.
Or weak. Or afraid. Or wet. Possibly all of the above.
Pathetic, basically.
Meanwhile, I generally make an effort to be anything but intimidating. I’m scrupulous about personal bubbles, give women extra room on sidewalks and in elevators, try not to loom or spread, don’t talk over them… that sort of thing. And I’m not shouty, unless I’m sermonizing. Or very, very disappointed.
So clearly, this —as in all things— is on you.
