If by “submits instantly” you mean “fires off a one-line request for immediate and extensive cruelty while masturbating”, no I don’t particularly care for it. I’m not offended, but I’m not interested.
But if you mean “I have read every word you’ve written, I want to be whatever you need, whatever the cost, and I will patiently work every day to make my love worth your time,” then yes, I like it a lot.
