Hello Mister, probably dumb to share but I have to say I love your reply to sweelittlemiss’s ask. I don’t have someone, but if I did I wish I could shower them with love and devotion and worship his every breath and step he took (and more of course!). Even though I’m not getting any younger I still have a little shred of hope maybe I’ll be found and that adoration I’m waiting to share will be worth something to somebody.

Oh, silly thing, you can safely have more than a shred!
I’ll grant you… aging doesn’t help any of us. (Well, okay, it kinda helps men, because Mother Nature favors her sons… what mother doesn’t?) But mostly, aging sucks; I don’t recommend it.
You are more than your age, though. You can be what a man needs. You may have to twist yourself into an emotional pretzel and suffer many indignities and privations, and you will have to be very, very careful not to give yourself away to anyone you don’t deeply respect… but you can have a place to pour all that devotion.
Yes, someday you may have to learn to look at the world differently. You may have to adjust your expectations. You may find yourself doing things you’d never dreamed you’d do for a man… because you won’t achieve your peculiar dreams without growth and sacrifice.
But before that, just be smart, be open, be available, and be hopeful.
Good girls don’t give up without permission.
