I’m happy if you’re happy. And you’ve got me beat… I’ve been on one side of a 30 year gap, but not 37.
I know it hurts, not being able to tell anyone. You’re in a complicated relationship, and the last thing you need is to be cut off from your support system. You need to find someone who can listen, and find a way of talking about it with them that conveys a confidence in your choices without becoming defensive.
