What is your biggest pet peeve in mainstream porn? (Besides all the known problematics and ethical failures within the industry)

I don’t watch much mainstream porn at this point… two or three semi-good-looking people doing the ol’ in-out, in-out holds little charm for me these days. (Give me “the problematics”, thanks.)
So, I dunno… balloon tits, maybe?
