Absolutely not. I’ve got no interest in being riled, and attempts to make me so will ensure my attention goes elsewhere.
Which isn’t to say that having a smart mouth is automatically disqualifying… but I’ll only put up with it when it’s (a) funny, and (b) a personality quirk rather than a relationship strategy.
