First, “a girl” can do whatever she wants with her makeup… it’s none of my business how strangers adorn themselves.
But as for my girls? Smoothing your complexion and emphasizing your features are fine. Painting on shadows and highlights so you look like you have an invisible ring-light hovering in front of your face everywhere you go… is not.
