I’m starting therapy in a week and I don’t know how to feel about it, do you have any advice?

  1. Feel good about taking care of yourself.
  2. Feel determined to seek a solid connection with the therapist… both by being open and insisting that you be heard. Therapy should feel collaborative.
  3. Feel patient… you won’t get results overnight.
