I dunno. There are girls so pretty that they could have a spasm disorder that makes them periodically resemble Munch’s The Scream, and they’d still be hot.
But that’s a tiny, immaculately-bred subset of the population. Most mere mortals need the magic of motion, and artifice, and wit.
