“Serve” is a many-splendored thing.
How many girls do I want bound to me and sharing my space? Two or three. Unless we move somewhere big.
How many do I want at my feet, eager to do my bidding? A congregation’s worth.
How many do I want to adore and worship me, offering their prayers and praises as they hope to one day be of use?
As many as you’ve got. I think I’ll take the lot.
