Dozens. It’s a long line, and those near the front have held their place for years.
The longest tenant of the queue has been there since 2013. The cunt at the front has been clawing her way there since 2016. And while someone is currently making inroads at a rapid rate —not unprecedented, but rapid— it’s still someone who’s followed me for years. So let’s just say I’m slow to warm to strangers.
I can be impressed, though. The line has been cut before.
