I’ve had two guys tell me I don’t give off any “submissive vibes” at all. I feel like they’re saying all subs should behave a certain way and the fact that I’m not a general “people pleaser” and that I’m very strong-willed, means I’m not a true sub. I know what I am, why do I have to act a certain way for others to see that?

My standards are only your standards if —like my standards— you’re mine. My tastes do not define or circumscribe your sexuality unless we’re in a relationship where I mold you and bring you to life like a fucking golem. You get to be exactly the submissive you want to be, and you can seek the kind of domination you need. Don’t let anyone tell you different.
Please remember that when dudes pull that “true submissive” shit, it’s a “move”, not an opinion. It’s as absurd as a guy thinking you’re unattractive and telling you that you don’t give off “womanly vibes”… he’s just trying to undermine your identity in an attempt to emotionally overpower you.
