How many times do girls or girlthings reach out to you just to thank you for maintaining your blog?
Girls are generally too timid to say what they’re actually feeling, so most of what I get is “thank you for continuing to exist”.
And while that’s not quite as sweet a sentiment as “here are the keys to my house and the contents of my soul, everything is yours”, I still deeply appreciate it. The blog —and for a smaller but even more passionate audience, the stream— means a lot to people, and that means a lot to me.
