The good news is, there’s not much you need to do… just try to relax, cleanse yourself of your expectations, and exist in the moment.
The bad news is, there’s not much you can do… that first meeting’s outcome is wholly dependent on him. The tone is his to pick, and you’re going to have to trust him to strike it properly.
A couple of cunts will be meeting me for the first time in April, then a bunch more in the fall. And my advice to them today is pretty much what it was to this anon two years ago.
