Aftercare isn’t a series of ritualized post-coital behaviors. It’s simply the process of normalizing relations after a period of abnormality, and will vary with whatever you’re doing, and with whom you’re doing it.
Sometimes it’s a snuggle. Sometimes it’s an ice pack. Sometimes it’s a slap on the ass and an “atta girl”. Sometimes it’s just reminding both of us that she’s human.
If you give a shit, show it. That’s aftercare.
