In high school, I owned the AD&D Dungeon Master’s Guide, Player’s Handbook, Monster Manual, Fiend Folio, Deities & Demigods, and the Basic and Expert sets, and yet never played the actual game. I just liked reading the documentation.
I have never read Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings.
I have never worn anything that could be even loosely considered a “costume”.
So, I dunno… medium-nerd? Chaotic neutral nerd? Something like that.
