My results from the Food Disgust Test.

As expected, the shit that grosses me out is the same shit that will get your restaurant shut down… it’s not the things people choose to eat, but the way they prep it.

Raw fish? Fine. Rare steak? I like medium-rare, but no problem. Head-on snapper? Go to town. Pig on a spit? Give me a hunk. Hell, I’ll sample your candied grasshoppers as long as there are no roaches crawling around your establishment.

But if you’re cross-contaminating in the kitchen/at the table. or serving fruit after the texture has completely broken down, hard pass.
