Do you ever approach pretty young things in public? If someone catches your attention how do you let them know?

I don’t approach pretty young things anywhere. They approach me, or I leave them alone; I’m an opt-in asshole.

As for how I let them know I’m interested after they approach? I acknowledge their existence.
